Discounted services are immediately available after you've completed enrollment.
What if there are no mobile mechanics near me?
Wrench has a nationwide network of 10,000 mechanics available in most of the United States. If you can't find a mobile mechanic in your area, we'll help you schedule a visit with our partners at Firestone®.
What if I drive for services like Uber Eats or DoorDash?
No problem! We cover vehicles used for delivery services like Uber Eats or DoorDash. Drive with confidence knowing your investment is well maintained and covered for unexpected breakdowns.
What if I sell my car?
Membership may be transferred, with services consumed reflected against the new vehicle. You won't lose remaining service items. Simply inform our team about the ownership change and provide proof of sale.
What is your cancellation policy for Wrench TotalCare?
- There is a small $50 cancellation fee.
- We offer a prorated refund on unused services.
What is your cancellation policy for Wrench TotalCare+?
As a member, you're entering a one-year agreement. To cancel, inform our team, and you won't be charged after the current period ends. If circumstances change and you need to cancel earlier, contact us for assistance in finding the best solution.
Can I enroll if I have a Diesel, Medium, or Heavy Duty vehicle?
Currently, only new or used, factory-manufactured passenger vehicles are eligible for our programs.
